FULL PAPERS: Submissions should not exceed 8 pages in general. However, if authors are willing to pay an over-length fee of $100/page, 2 additional pages are allowed for their submission. This over-length fee will be charged once the paper is accepted.

POSTERS: Posters will be selected from the same pool of submissions as full papers and thus the submissions are also 8 pages. Accepted poster papers will be included in the proceedings as well, with a reduced length of 2 pages.

Please refer to the IEEE formatting instruction for details: http://www.computer.org/CPS. All papers will be reviewed by the Technical Program Committee. They will be judged with respect to their quality, originality, and relevance. Accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings, conditional upon the author’s advance registration and attendance at the conference. Awards will be given for the best paper.

Submissions must be received by the deadline of Monday, September 7, 2015 23:59 (US EST Time), through the EDAS system at http://edas.info/N20035, with one week before to register the paper abstract. Submitted papers must not substantially overlap with papers that have been published or that are simultaneously submitted to a journal, conference or workshop.
