The 19th IEEE Consumer Communications & Networking Conference (CCNC 2022)

8-11 January 2022 // Las Vegas, NV, USA

https://ccnc2022.ieee-ccnc.org/

The IEEE Consumer Communications and Networking Conference (CCNC), sponsored by the IEEE Communications Society, is a major annual international conference. Taking advantage of its co-location with the International Consumer Electronics Show (CES), which is the world’s largest tradeshow on consumer technology, CCNC is organized with the objective of bringing together researchers, developers, and practitioners from academia and industry working in all areas of consumer communications and networking technologies. CCNC 2022 will feature high quality keynotes, plenary talks, technical and industry papers, panels, tutorials, and demonstrations. In addition, the CCNC 2022 Organization Committee invites members of the research, development, and practitioner communities to submit Workshop and Special Session proposals. Workshops provide a forum for people to discuss areas of special interest with like-minded researchers and practitioners. Special Sessions complement the main program with new or emerging topics that are of particular interest to the consumer communications and networking community, and may also cut across and beyond disciplines traditionally represented at CCNC. Research contributions are welcome in all areas pertinent to consumer communications and networking, including:

    • Networking Solutions for Social Applications, Multimedia Communications and Games
    • Cloud & Fog/Edge Computing and Networking
    • Protocols for Next Generation Wireless Systems
    • Wireless & Optical Communications: Fundamentals and PHY
    • 5G and Onwards to 6G
    • IOT: From Sensors to Vertical Applications
    • CyberSecurity, Privacy and Blockchains
    • Wearable Computing Systems: Devices,  Applications and Analytics
    • Communications and Applications for Connected and Autonomous Vehicles on Land, Water, and Sky
    • AI/ML for Communications and Networking
    • Network Softwarization and Virtualization
    • Emerging Topics in Consumer Communications and Networking

Prospective authors are invited to submit high-quality original technical papers to the appropriate track(s) listed below.  All accepted technical papers are required to be presented at the conference and will be published in the IEEE CCNC 2022 Conference Proceedings and submitted to IEEE Xplore® as well as other Abstracting and Indexing (A&I) databases.  In addition, authors that have a demonstration component in their work are highly encouraged to also submit proposals to the Demonstration Session, as soon as the call opens.

All papers for the technical tracks should be submitted via EDAS, and please make sure to follow the Submission Guidelines. All submissions should be written in English with a maximum paper length of six pages (10-point font) including figures. Maximum 3 additional pages are allowed, with over length page charge of USD100 if accepted. Papers exceeding 9 pages will not be accepted by EDAS.
Any questions should be submitted to the respective Track Co-chairs.
